ice cream in a bag report.
Hypothesis
I think it’s going to just Froth up.
We are doing this experiment because … we want to see what happens when salt is added to ice and if Ice-cream can be made with only a few ingredients.
Materials/equipment used:
- Milk, sugar, ice, salt, vanilla,
- Cup
- Spoons
- Snap lock bags 2 different sizes
Procedure
- In a small resealable plastic bag, combine whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Push out excess air and seal.
- Into a large resealable plastic bag, combine ice and salt. Place small bag inside the bigger bag and shake vigorously, 7 to 10 minutes, until ice cream has hardened.
- Remove from bag and enjoy.
Results
Our ice cream was runny because we Needed to shake it some more but it It tasted delicious.
Data and analysis (did everyone's work?, where all the results the same? etc.)
sume were the same but some weren't.
conclusion
I learnt that you can make ice-cream only from a few ingredients.
